Price The amount charged for the search for 1 job position; VAT in the statutory amount will be added to the price.

Advertising and/or CV search on job servers/other platforms for 30 days, including the creation of an advertisement This service involves the creation of an advertisement text and the cost of placing a standard advertisement on job portals and/or other platforms, including stating the name of the prospective employer/company, disclosure of data from CVs databases and/or search on other platforms chosen by A-List Refresh, s.r.o.

In case you wish to advertise the position without stating the name of the prospective employer, the service is subject to an additional fee of 5,000 CZK (the reason for this surcharge is the higher volume of administration associated with obtaining the consent of candidates with performances, providing information on job opportunities and a larger number of candidates who will not decide on a position or workplace without other supplementary information subjectively important to them).

Selection of candidates based on 4 key criteria We will help you define the 4 most important criteria for candidate selection and send you only those that fulfill them.

Guarantee to introduce minimum 3 candidates fulfilling 4 key criteria In the event that within 30 days from the start of the search we do not introduce at least 3 suitable candidates, and you do not sign an employment agreement with any of the presented candidates, we will continue the search for free for a period of another 60 days or, until the agreed number of 3 suitable candidates is achieved. In the event that this condition is not met, even after 90 days from the start of search, the search will be terminated without charging you the remainder of the price.

(In such case you will only pay a total of 5,000 CZK for the Basic Package or 7,500 CZK for the Complete Services Package, which is less than the price of 1 advertisement without guarantee of success and/or any other services, published for 30 days on the most visited jobs server in the Czech Republic.)

Assistance with defining broader criteria of candidate selection We will help you define broader criteria for selecting candidates, e.g. following the specific needs or situation of the team for which you are seeking an employee, etc. This makes it easier for you to distinguish which of the candidates is only fair and which is excellent.

Conducting interviews with candidates — by phone or video conference We will interview candidates to provide you with more specific information about their experience, personality traits, motivation, etc, and assess to what extent they match your broader selection criteria.

Sending CVs of suitable candidates We will send you CVs of candidates who meet your criteria and are interested in the position.

Candidate evaluation We will briefly assess each candidate, pointing out pros as well as potential cons, their strengths and weaknesses, how they meet the broader selection criteria, etc, and we will recommend you on the next steps.

Consultation about the final selection You have the opportunity to consult with us in case you’re deciding between several candidates that seem to be equally good or, if you have doubts about a candidate or, you want to increase the chances of a candidate accepting your offer, etc. The maximum duration of consultations is 2 hours.

Communication with unsuitable candidates We will inform the unsuitable candidates about the result of the selection in a way that will preserve the reputation of your company.

Price The amount charged for a candidate introduced by A-List Refresh, s.r.o. and with whom the client has entered into a contract of employment or a similar contractual relationship.

Specialist Positions requiring 0 – 3 years of experience, without the responsibility for management of people, and/or a salary of maximum of 40,000 CZK.

Middle Manager Positions requiring 3 – 6 years of experience, and/or with a salary of over 40,000 CZK but maximum of 80,000 CZK.

Senior Manager Positions requiring more than 6 years of experience, and/or with a salary of over 80,000 CZK.

Assistance with defining candidate selection criteria We will help you to define specific criteria for candidate selection in accordance with your needs.

90-day guarantee for a placed candidate In case the candidate leaves within the guarantee period, we will refund you 75%, 50%, or 25% of invoiced amount respectively, depending on whether he/she leaves within days 1-30, 31-60, or 61-90 from the start date of employment. The guarantee is only valid if the invoice for the candidate was paid in full and within the time of remuneration period, ​and it does not include amounts invoiced for Installments A, B, and C.

120 day guarantee for a placed candidate In case the candidate leaves within the guarantee period, we will refund you 75%, 50%, or 25% of invoiced amount respectively, depending on whether he/she leaves within days 1-40, 41-80, or 81-120 from the start date of employment. The guarantee is only valid if the invoice for the candidate was paid in full and within the time of remuneration period, and it does not include amounts invoiced for Installments A, B, and C.

Placed candidate A candidate introduced by A-List Refresh, s.r.o. with whom the client concluded an employment contract or similar contractual relationship.
