Very interesting article from the Business Insider about top tech companies’, such as Netflix or Linkedin, positive approach and sometimes even active support of employees’ job searching. They argue it not only supports the culture of trust, but if an employee goes to work to a high-status competitor it bolsters the company’s as well as the manager’s image, too.

Cannot but agree with that.
